We install on Saturdays, but slots book up fast. We recommend booking early to secure a Saturday installation.

All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and are accredited in the boiler brand they are installing. Every engineer goes through a strict vetting process before being given work, to ensure our standards are maintained.

Your engineer will aim to arrive between 8am and 10am. Installation times vary, but typically it takes 4–6 hours to swap a combi boiler for another combi boiler, while other installation can take up to 2 days. 2 days is also normal for a back boiler to combi boiler conversion.

Yes absolutely. We always take away the old boiler and any tanks, hot water cylinders and also cold water tanks where possible. You can also opt to keep any of your existing boiler or tanks if you wish.

All of our boilers come with a parts and labour warranty up to 14 years long. We’ll register your warranty on your behalf so you don’t have to do anything. We don’t charge call-out fees for warranty claims, so if you need to make a claim it won’t cost you a penny.
