Outdoor Unit & Key Components
Your heat pump system includes an outdoor unit and essential components to operate safely and efficiently. We’ll supply and fit everything required as part of your agreed installation, including mounting, isolation, and the necessary safety components for a compliant install.
Pipework & System Adjustments
If your installation requires changes to your existing pipework, it’s covered within your agreed fixed price. This includes any necessary upgrades to heating flow/return pipework and controls so your heat pump can run efficiently. If modifications are needed to complete the installation safely and correctly, they’ll be carried out with no unexpected extra costs.
Responsible Waste Removal
Once your old boiler has been taken down, it won’t be left behind. We’ll remove it from your property and ensure it’s responsibly recycled. Any additional waste materials, including outdated pipework, tanks, or other system components, will also be cleared away and disposed of at no extra charge.
Warranty
Buy from HomeKOG and you’ll receive a manufacturer-backed warranty on your heat pump (length depends on the model you choose).

Yes. Where applicable, we’ll remove and dispose of old equipment as part of the installation—such as outdated components and any replaced parts—then recycle responsibly wherever possible. If you’d like to keep any items, just let us know in advance.
Your heat pump comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty (length varies by model). We’ll register the warranty for you, so you don’t have to do anything. If you ever need support, our team will help you through the process.
