A boiler simply can’t operate properly without a flue – it’s an essential part of the system. That’s why every new boiler installation includes a brand-new flue (horizontal or vertical as required), along with any necessary extensions and safety components to ensure everything is fitted correctly and compliant.
Pipework Adjustments
If your installation requires changes to your existing pipework, it’s all covered within your agreed fixed price. This includes any necessary upgrades to gas lines or condensate pipework. Should modifications be needed to complete the installation safely and correctly, they’ll be carried out with no unexpected extra costs.
System Flush
To help maximise the lifespan of your new boiler, our engineers will thoroughly clean your current heating system using a professional chemical flush. This process removes sludge and debris from your pipes and radiators, protecting your new boiler from potential damage and helping it run more efficiently – which can lower your energy bills over time.

All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and are accredited in the boiler brand they are installing. Every engineer goes through a strict vetting process before being given work, to ensure our standards are maintained.
Your engineer will aim to arrive between 8am and 10am. Installation times vary, but typically it takes 4–6 hours to swap a combi boiler for another combi boiler, while other installation can take up to 2 days. 2 days is also normal for a back boiler to combi boiler conversion.
Yes absolutely. We always take away the old boiler and any tanks, hot water cylinders and also cold water tanks where possible. You can also opt to keep any of your existing boiler or tanks if you wish.
All of our boilers come with a parts and labour warranty up to 14 years long. We’ll register your warranty on your behalf so you don’t have to do anything. We don’t charge call-out fees for warranty claims, so if you need to make a claim it won’t cost you a penny.
