Every cable in your home is replaced with modern twin-and-earth PVC wiring, run neatly through conduit or chased into walls as required. All work is completed to current IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
Sockets & Switches
All existing sockets and light switches are replaced with modern white or chrome faceplates as part of your rewire. USB socket upgrades are available — just ask when getting your quote.
Smoke & CO Detectors
We install mains-wired interlinked smoke alarms in all required rooms, plus carbon monoxide detectors where needed, to current BS 5839-6 standards.
